This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information which you may provide to us when using our products, services, and websites (the “Websites”), and is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use such personal information, to assist you in making informed decisions when visiting our Websites and/or when using our services, and to protect your personal information.

Registration Information

AMTEC Less-Lethal Systems Inc. (“ALS”) provides services by which a user can receive email, photos, and content from the Internet. When you register to become a member of a ALS Service (“Member”), you will provide us information about yourself, for example names, addresses, email addresses and billing information as well as information about others. You may also provide additional information if you register to receive specific newsletters or information via our websites.

Communications and Content Information

ALS stores, processes and maintains your data related to your account in order to provide the services to you. We may also retain a copy of the content of any other materials sent via the ALS Services or any correspondence with ALS.

Similar to other commercial websites, our Websites utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and web server logs to collect information about how you use our Websites. What About Other Websites Linked to Our Website?

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Websites nor the information or content contained therein. Often, links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Websites.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Websites to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link on our Websites, is subject to that website's own rules and policies. However, no amount of protection measures will ensure absolute security, and you acknowledge that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access your personal information and private communications, and you agree that you do not expect that your personally identifiable information or private communications will always remain private.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Presto does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information on the ALS Services from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the ALS Service is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the ALS Services or submit any information to ALS Services.

Opt Out

We may use your information to notify you of important changes to ALS Services, new services, and special offers. If you do not want to receive any optional notices, you may click on the opt-out link contained in the notifications emailed to you; however, some email notifications are mandatory and you cannot opt out of receiving them. In addition, opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or special offers. If ALS has provided any third party with your personal information, you will have to contact the third-party directly with any opt-out request.

By using our Websites and the ALS Services you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
